Lisa is the Founder and Director of Coaching Australia and Coach Global, with more than 25 years in the coaching industry and an 18-year corporate career, including Westpac. She brings deep expertise in designing coaching culture solutions for global organisations, having created her own trademarked coaching models and delivered projects in more than 15 countries. Lisa holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential.
Justin Clarke
Justin is an executive coach, board director and IT executive with more than 30 years of international experience in financial services. He brings particular expertise in governance, strategy and organisational change, having led large-scale IT transformations across multiple geographies. Justin is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Gallup Strengths Coach, a Graduate of the AICD, and holds an MBA and MSc from Edinburgh Business School.
Janette Illingsworth
Janette is an executive coach and leadership transition specialist with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across ASX-listed companies and global industries. She brings particular expertise in helping leaders step into executive roles, build strategic influence and sustain high performance, having coached more than 120 senior executives. Janette holds a Master’s in Strategic Organisational Development and Human Resources and is a Gallup Clifton Strengths Certified Coach.

Vashti is an executive coach, facilitator and speaker with more than 25 years of experience working alongside senior executives, founders and public figures. Anoop is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and holds a Master’s in Engineering.

She brings particular expertise in business development, strategy and growth, having launched numerous market-leading businesses and led national wholesale and international export operations. Sue has been a member of the Coaching Australia Advisory Board since 2019.

Ash is a healthcare marketing and communications leader with 35 years of experience in the health industry, holding senior roles with McCann Health, Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, Publicis Health and Viatris across Australia, North America, Europe and Asia. He has recently turned his focus to leadership coaching as Director of Tailored Leadership Coaching, drawing on his expertise in business transformation and talent development to help leaders and teams perform at their best. Ash holds a Bachelor of Business (Management).
